SKIRT unveils its latest menu, where we honor our beloved classics while reimagining steakhouse favorites with modern twists and comforting flavors. Our focus on dry-aging extends beyond beef to fish and poultry, intensifying natural flavors and elevating textures.
Highlights include 28- to 45-day dry-aged selections and the celebrated return of A5 Omi Wagyu from Shiga Prefecture, one of Japan's finest Wagyu breeds.
