Eddie Gan has over ten years of experience in the culinary field across a series of luxury hotels in Singapore. A Malaysian native, Eddie graduated with a distinction from KDU University College and holds a Diploma in Culinary Arts that is jointly awarded by the University and IMI International Management Institute Switzerland. He moved to Singapore in 2008 and worked across stations as a Cook to learn a broad spectrum of food styles, followed by stints as Chef de partie at two luxury hotel restaurants.
